Place nuts on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Next, place the remaining ingredients into a sauté pan and sauté on low until butter
is melted. When butter is melted, pour this mixture over your 4 cups of nuts (that
you have previously baked for 10 minutes) and mix well. It is best to put the partially baked nuts in a big bowl then dump the butter mixture over them. After you have mixed the nuts and butter mixture, place on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 10–12 minutes at 400 degrees.
Let nuts cool and serve or place in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks. |
